What time do I have to be there?
Please arrive twenty minutes before the tour departs, so we can check you in and board on time.
Do I need to bring anything to check-in?
Please bring your booking confirmation with you to check-in so we can locate your booking.
Where are you located?
Our check-in terminal is located right in the heart of Surfer’s Paradise, on the Cnr of Ferny Avenue and Cavill Avenue. Our boats, Mahi Mahi and Kiala, also depart from here.
