Conditions of Travel

  1. All cruise are weather and number dependant in the unlikely event a tour doesn’t depart due to poor weather conditions or low passenger numbers customers will be able to either reschedule their cruise to another day or have a full refund.
  2. Change or cancellations to booking require at least 24hrs notice or 100% of the fair will be taken, for groups of 10 or more passengers we require 72hrs notice.
  3. If you fail to show for you tour you will not receive a refund, you maybe able to rebook however a rebooking an administration fee maybe charged.
  4. The operator reserves the right to refuse entry or substitute the vessel or change the days itinerary without notice.
  5. 2% credit card fee applies for all credit card payments.
  6. Child age is up to the age of 14yrs inclusive, 15yrs plus requires and adult ticket.
  7. All discounts are only valid at the original time of booking.
  8. All phone calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.
